De M12 Standaard Sensor/Actuator Busconnector is een veelzijdige vrouwelijke connector ontworpen voor frontmontage. Aan de koppelingszijde heeft het een M12-interface, terwijl de aansluitzijde is uitgerust met gestrande draden. Deze 8-pins connector is A-gecodeerd en niet-afgeschermd, en voorzien van een robuuste metalen grijze behuizing. Het is ontworpen om 30 V AC/DC met een stroomsterkte tot 2A te verwerken. De connector is ideaal voor gebruik in verschillende industriële automatiseringstoepassingen waar betrouwbare sensoren-actuator communicatie essentieel is. Het wordt beoordeeld als IP65/IP67 wanneer correct gemonteerd en vergrendeld in combinatie met een geschikte Hirschmann/Lumberg connector, wat het zeer geschikt maakt voor ruwe omgevingen.
