De M12 Insert Sensor/Actuator Receptacle Connector is een hoogwaardige, mannelijke connector ontworpen voor verschillende sensor- en actuator toepassingen. De connector heeft een inzetstuk met een O-ring om een veilige en betrouwbare verbinding te garanderen. De aansluitzijde is M12-gecodeerd, terwijl de verbindingszijde gebruik maakt van soldeercontacten, en is ontworpen als een 3-pins U-gecodeerd, ongecoate connector. De robuuste zwarte behuizing zorgt voor duurzaamheid en kan een bedrijfsspanning van 230 V AC/DC aan met een stroomsterkte van 4 A. De connector is beoordeeld om tot 100 aansluitcycli te weerstaan en werkt efficiënt binnen een temperatuurbereik van -25°C tot +85°C, wat het geschikt maakt voor verschillende industriële omgevingen. De connector voldoet aan de IP65 en IP67 beschermingsgraden, wat betrouwbare prestaties biedt in veeleisende omstandigheden, vooral wanneer gebruikt met compatibele Hirschmann- of Lumberg-connectoren. De gebruikte materialen omvatten een CuZn contactbasis, PA contactdraagkracht en FKM O-ring, wat zorgt voor hoge betrouwbaarheid en naleving van UL en RoHS-normen.
