Het LioN-P IO-Link Master-apparaat dient als een robuuste en veelzijdige oplossing voor industriële automatiseringsbehoeften. Deze module beschikt over 4 digitale ingangen (DI) en 8 IO-Link (IOL)-verbindingen, elk ondersteund door M12-connectoren. Het werkt onder het PROFINET-protocol en bevat een M12 L-gecodeerde voeding, wat zorgt voor efficiënte en stabiele stroomverdeling. De metalen behuizing, bestaande uit zink-spuitgietwerk met een matte nikkelfinish, zorgt voor duurzaamheid en naleving van IP65, IP67 en IP69K beschermingsklassen, waardoor het geschikt is voor ruwe industriële omgevingen. De afmetingen van het apparaat zijn 30 mm breedte, 43 mm hoogte en 225 mm diepte, met een gewicht van 480 g. Het ondersteunt een breed scala aan bedrijfstemperaturen van -20°C tot 70°C en heeft een hoge gemiddelde tijd tot falen (MTTF) van 672 jaar bij 20°C. Bovendien ondersteunt de LioN-P IO-Link Master verschillende netwerkprotocollen, waaronder ARP, HTTP, Ping, SNMP V1, en TCP/IP, en beschikt het over geavanceerde diagnostische indicatoren met groene LEDs voor status en rode LEDs voor diagnostiek voor de systeemvoeding, sensorvoeding, actuatorvoeding en individuele poorten.
